We are looking for an experienced manager who can demonstrate their knowledge of the finance, administration and human resource functions. You will be exceptionally well organised and have a track record of setting up and/or improving administrative systems. An experienced and proactive manager, you will have the skills to bring continuity to a constantly changing environment. Full time 37.5 hrs per week, based in Ipswich, salary 25,453 – 32,795 (pay award pending). Closing date 23rd May 2012.

We are looking to recruit an individual with enthusiasm and confidence and a “can-do” approach. With good all round IT, office and admin skills, most importantly you will be able to switch from one task to the next without being phased. Experience of reception work is essential and you will need to be able to communicate with a wide range of people and deal with members of the public on a daily basis. Full time 37.5hrs per week, based in Ipswich, salary range 13,621 – 16,580 (pay award pending). Closing date 23rd May 2012.

Due to expansion in our existing services and the development of new ones we are looking to recruit new personnel to join our existing team of 90 valued volunteers. We have opportunities in many different areas such as:

Appropriate Adults

Money Advice

Administration

Mentoring Young People

Advocacy and Independent Visiting for Looked after Children and Young People

Mentoring and Support for Adults

We run an extensive training programme which is held 3 times a year, the next being early summer 2012 (evenings and weekends) and when completed you will have the option to obtain an accredited qualification through National Open College Network. Each role is different, as is each of our Service Users. All we ask for is your commitment to a minimum amount of hours per week, ranging from 3hrs to 10 hrs, weekdays, evenings or weekends depending on the project.
