Mary Gibbons
Mary Gibbons joined the ACT Board in October 2005 and sits on the Governance and Strategy Committee. She is employed full time by Swan Housing Group as the Regional Director of Housing (Essex). Mary is responsible for Housing Services as well as Leaseholder Services and Supported Housing Services for Swan Housing Group.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has 17 years experience in Housing working for both Local Government and the Resident Social Landlord sector. Mary studied Housing Management and Development at Ruskin University and, in recent years, has studied Strategic Leadership and Housing Regeneration at Curs University in Birmingham.
