Do you have good attention to detail, a commitment to financial processes and enjoy the positive social aspects of an office environment?

 

We are looking for a good administrator with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to learning our financial processes. Previous experience in a finance role would be beneficial but is not essential as all necessary training will be provided ‘on the job’. You should have good all-round office, IT and administrative skills and the ability to switch quickly and efficiently from task to task.

 

We have recently transitioned from our existing accounting Software to Accounts IQ and are due to roll out the new purchasing module from April 2026. You would be involved in the final testing and implementation of this within the organisation so this is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes a new project.

 

Our environment is such that every day brings a different experience to our team and you would be working in an open plan office environment as part of our wider Business Support Team.  Our Business Support Team are a crucial part of the support offered to our Operational Teams and we have found them being available in the office enhances this.  Therefore, this role would be office based which is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to be part of a team and who enjoys the social aspect of a working environment.
